Business Development Manager – ERP/MRP Solutions

About the role

We are seeking two Business Development Managers to lead the go‑to‑market effort for a brand‑new MRP solution designed for the ANZ manufacturing sector. Based in Auckland, you will own a territory from day one, work with a live pipeline of qualified leads, and drive new business across SME manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage pipeline, converting inbound demand into new logos.
• Run full‑cycle, multi‑stakeholder sales processes with CEOs, COOs, CFOs and Operations leaders.
• Diagnose supply‑chain, production, inventory and planning challenges and position a value‑led solution.
• Develop and execute territory and pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate closely with pre‑sales and technical specialists to close deals.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in ERP/MRP or SaaS solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven record of managing complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles.
• Commercially sharp, able to build ROI‑focused business cases.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, supply‑chain or operations teams is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary $150K‑$170K NZD per year.
• Uncapped commission with OTE $350K‑$400K NZD.
