Business Development Manager – Auckland

About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition in Auckland. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will focus on outbound sales, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and showcasing how Fresha’s AI‑powered platform can help beauty and wellness businesses grow.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social) to key decision‑makers.
- Deliver product demos and present Fresha’s solutions to prospective partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team and other internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound business development or sales.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Strong communication skills for multi‑channel prospect engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment.
