Business Control Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Business Control Manager to partner with the Supply Chain leadership team at DB Breweries. In this senior finance role you will lead planning, reporting and analysis for the supply chain function, providing clear insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Supply Chain Director and leadership team to support decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes for the supply chain.
• Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close reporting.
• Manage supply chain costs and monitor overall business performance.
• Identify risks, implement controls and mitigation actions.
• Provide financial insights to support strategy and operations.
• Lead and develop a small team of finance professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and process efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, operations and wider business teams.

Required profile

• CA qualification or degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 8‑12+ years of experience in commercial finance, business control or FP&A.
• Proven people‑leadership experience.
• Strong financial planning, reporting and analysis capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.
