Brewery Technician – Fixed‑Term (8‑month)

About the role

Join the Boundary Road Brewery team in Papakura as a Brewery Technician. You will work hands‑on across the full brewing process, from ingredient preparation and wort production to fermentation, filtration and final quality checks, while supporting our pilot‑brewery projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor brewing and filtration equipment to meet production schedules.
• Support fermentation activities, including yeast pitching and green‑beer centrifugation.
• Perform quality checks such as chemical and gas analysis.
• Maintain hygiene standards through CIP (Clean‑In‑Place) procedures.
• Assist with pilot‑brewery trial brews and recipe development.
• Record accurate data in manufacturing systems.
• Contribute ideas to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safety‑first culture on the shop floor.
