Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organised and growth‑minded Brand Manager to support our marketing efforts across ANZ for two of New Zealand's leading drinks brands. In this role you will lead integrated content planning, community and advocacy programmes while collaborating with the wider marketing and sales teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated content planning across campaigns, product launches, partnerships and activations on owned, earned and paid channels.
• Brief internal and external creatives to produce high‑quality content and assets.
• Support digital and social media strategy, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Manage relationships with brand advocates, creators and ambassadors; oversee product seeding and creator programmes.
• Track and optimise creator, advocacy and seeding performance.
• Coordinate brand assets, packaging updates, artwork approvals and launch collateral.
• Assist with retail, hospitality, partnership and experiential activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years as a Brand Manager or 5+ years in a relevant marketing role.
• Strong project‑management ability to balance multiple brands, campaigns and priorities.
• Creative thinker with a strong instinct for trends, culture and audience engagement.
