Boomi Architect – Integration Specialist

About the role

The Boomi Architect/Consultant is a senior leader within our integration practice, responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving Boomi‑based solutions for client organisations. Reporting to the Practice Lead, you will act as the second‑in‑command, shaping strategy, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Practice Lead and executive team to align practice strategy with vendor roadmaps and partner requirements.
• Lead client‑facing activities including pre‑sales meetings, presentations, RFP responses, and thought‑leadership events.
• Manage project planning, resourcing, and task prioritisation in partnership with the PMO.
• Guide and mentor small development teams, overseeing integration strategy, design, and architecture.
• Perform hands‑on development and technical implementation on client projects.
• Introduce and enforce industry best‑practice standards for integration projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an integration consulting practice.
• Strong client‑engagement skills with a track record of securing new business.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder updates.
