Bitumen Sprayer Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Driver to join our crew in Dannevirke. You will operate modern surfacing equipment, applying bitumen to road surfaces as part of a growing regional company.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and operate a bitumen sprayer and associated heavy machinery safely on construction sites.
• Prepare, mix, and apply bitumen according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, maintenance, and report any issues.
• Collaborate with the crew to ensure timely completion of surfacing projects.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating bitumen sprayers or similar road surfacing equipment.
• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for heavy machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
