Billing Analyst

About the role
Timescapes Ltd is seeking a Billing Analyst to own the full accounts‑receivable (AR) cycle for its fast‑growing SaaS business. This is a hands‑on position that offers real ownership of billing processes and the opportunity to expand into broader finance responsibilities as the function scales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end AR process, from invoice generation to cash collection.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for SaaS customers.
- Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clean AR records.
- Prepare regular AR reports and support month‑end close activities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to address billing inquiries.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Motivated to grow within a scaling finance function.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
