Bar Person - Nights Mixologist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Night Mixologist to join the team at Clarkes Bar, located within an Accor Novotel property in New Zealand. The role focuses on delivering exceptional beverage service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with skill, flair and attention to detail.
• Engage guests with warm, personalised service that enhances their stay.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar and ensure all presentation standards are met.
• Collaborate with hotel colleagues to provide seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to a vibrant, relaxed environment that encourages guests to unwind.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests.
• Positive energy and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic evening setting.

Required skills

• Previous bar or mixology experience (preferred but not mandatory).
