About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic bar and beverage staff to join the launch of Lottie’s, a new restaurant opening in Faraday’s department store on Queen Street. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the chance to be part of a vibrant team in Auckland’s bustling CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to customers.
• Handle cash and point‑of‑sale transactions responsibly.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
