As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team at Metro Pubs, you will help create memorable moments for guests, whether you’re pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food in a lively pub environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience to every customer.
• Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable service behind the bar.
• Prepare and present beverages to specification.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar area, addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop new hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring each pint is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
• Good spoken communication skills.
