Banking Assistant – Customer Service Role

About the role

We are looking for a Banking Assistant to join our Glenfield branch. This entry‑level position offers a great opportunity to start a career in financial services, providing face‑to‑face support to customers and handling everyday banking transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with account enquiries, digital banking guidance and product information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure compliance with bank policies and security procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic administrative and technical aptitude.
