B2B Marketer – Early Career

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career B2B Marketer to join Spark’s B2B marketing chapter. You will help our business customers transition from legacy technologies such as copper and 3G to newer platforms like fibre, 5G and cloud, supporting a range of migration campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support campaigns that inform business customers about upcoming service plan changes and guide them through the transition.
• Assist with migration projects including data‑centre simplification, product migrations, service exits and shutdowns.
• Coordinate everyday communications such as TC Data updates, FENZ notices, copper withdrawal and PSTN migration messages.
• Prepare and dispatch multi‑channel communications (email, SMS, letters) under guidance.
• Write clear, concise customer communications and proofread content before release.
• Help deliver webinars and case studies as needed.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to simplify technical information.
• Enthusiastic learner who enjoys working in a fast‑moving, agile team.
