Azure Infrastructure Consultant

About the role

Arinco is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Consultant to join its cloud‑only managed services team. You will work in a hybrid environment, providing advanced support and building next‑generation Azure solutions for a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 support covering incident, problem, change, request fulfilment, event management and monitoring.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call roster for major incidents.
• Design, build and enhance Azure environments, identifying uplift and modernisation opportunities.
• Apply an automate‑first approach using IaC pipelines (Azure DevOps, Bicep, Terraform, GitHub).
• Harden security posture and automate FinOps and security reporting.
• Leverage AI tooling to automate repetitive tasks and improve service quality.
• Engage with customers on‑site or virtually to drive outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Azure networking, enterprise design patterns, landing zones and hub‑spoke architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with KQL and Azure monitoring tools.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Bicep and/or Terraform) and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Ability to gather requirements, document work and communicate effectively with customers.
