Availability 2IC – Evening Shift (Queenstown)

About the role

The Availability 2IC supports the store’s presentation, merchandising and stock recovery during evening hours. Working Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, you will help ensure customers find what they need quickly and leave satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Availability Manager with stock availability and execution of the trading plan.
• Lead the Fill Teams to restock shelves, replenish high‑traffic areas and maintain visual standards.
• Perform merchandising, presentation and recovery tasks within tight timeframes to minimise customer impact.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Drive and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to interpret and execute operational plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership attributes.
