Automotive Technician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Automotive Technician to join our high‑performing dealership workshop in Pukekohe. You will work in a fast‑paced environment diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of vehicles while benefiting from ongoing factory training and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across various vehicle models.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in a busy workshop.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to support team culture and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified Automotive Technician or minimum 3 years relevant workshop experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid New Zealand work right.
• Current driver’s licence.
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• EV or WOF certification is a strong advantage.
