About the role

Glaister Keegan is looking for an Associate‑level solicitor to join its well‑established Civil Litigation team in central Auckland. This position offers the chance to work on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes while developing your own client base.

Key responsibilities

Handle contractual and commercial dispute matters.
Manage property, insolvency, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
Assist with trust and estate litigation.
Conduct general civil litigation tasks, including case preparation and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on high‑value, complex cases.

Required profile

Approximately 3–7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in civil litigation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Client‑focused, proactive and commercially minded.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
