Associate / Senior Associate / Special Counsel – First Response

About the role

Atmos is expanding its specialist First Response Team, which operates at the frontline of cyber incidents, data breaches and digital crises. The team blends legal expertise with cyber intelligence, crisis communications and digital technology to support clients in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate frontline incident response for cyber and privacy events, working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Develop and execute regulatory notification strategies and manage cross‑border incident coordination.
• Oversee post‑incident remediation, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with digital forensics, threat intelligence, crisis communications, regulators, cyber‑insurance partners and internal product and data teams.

Required profile

• Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel with experience in cyber incident response, privacy or technology matters.
• Comfortable delivering real‑time, high‑pressure advisory to clients and regulators.
• Strong judgement and ability to translate complex legal and technical issues into clear advice.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in multidisciplinary work.
