About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Analyst for its Sales team as part of the 2027 Launch Graduate Program in Auckland. You will join a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment and contribute to the development of innovative payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Influence account strategies by analysing market data and providing customer‑specific recommendations.
• Identify opportunities that align with both Mastercard’s and clients’ strategic agendas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Support business development and account management activities across the APEMEA region.
