Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at our South City Mega location. You will help create memorable customer experiences, drive sales, and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving fashion retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Support scheduling, wage management and productivity monitoring to meet budget goals.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
• Identify visual merchandising and trade opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Promote the Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives and engage staff in community projects.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and retail with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership potential and willingness to take ownership of store results.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with retail POS and inventory systems.
• Numeracy for schedule and wage calculations.
