Flo & Frankie is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Bayfair boutique. You will help lead a friendly team, ensure smooth store operations, and create memorable experiences for our fashion‑focused customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure inventory accuracy.
