About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering a customer‑focused, sales‑driven and profitable retail environment at the Galleria at Sunset location. This full‑time position involves leading a team, maintaining store standards, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an engaging, authentic customer experience and coach team members to do the same.
• Handle customer issues in line with company policies, aiming for positive resolutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom to promote safety and optimal merchandising.
• Supervise floor operations during non‑peak periods, covering breaks and ensuring coverage.
• Hold associates accountable for operational tasks, visual standards, and safety procedures.
• Drive efficiency in store processes, including merchandise flow and presentation.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to motivate and develop a retail team.
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability for meeting store KPIs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and maintain high standards of store appearance.
