Asset Manager – Leasing & Project Focus

About the role

Jasper is looking for an Asset Manager with a strong leasing and project focus to oversee a $500m portfolio of industrial and logistics assets. You will translate investment strategy into on‑the‑ground outcomes, stabilising income, driving leasing execution and enhancing asset quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships, leasing negotiations and lease administration across the portfolio.
• Oversee capital‑expenditure programmes and value‑add projects, coordinating with external consultants and agents.
• Collaborate with the Investment Manager to align asset strategies with multiple investment mandates.
• Monitor property performance, conduct valuations and ensure compliance with fund objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Asset Management team as the portfolio expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real‑estate leasing or asset management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Strategic, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for long‑term relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MRI real‑estate software.
• Experience using data‑analytics tools for asset performance.
• Advanced financial modelling and underwriting capabilities.
