Area Manager – North Auckland

About the role

The Area Manager for North Auckland will be accountable for delivering revenue growth and optimal EBITDA across the region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive business development, and oversee new store roll‑outs while contributing to overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control KPIs, operating costs and weekly store performance, creating improvement plans.
• Manage the area’s financial performance, develop and track an annual budget covering HR and administration.
• Drive best‑practice operations, ensure world‑class client experience and store excellence.
• Foster a culture of ownership, motivate teams, and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Contribute to satellite site strategy, regional marketing and community relationship plans.
• Lead new store rollout initiatives and explore additional market channels, acquisitions and satellite opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management.
• 3‑5 years of similar experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong track record in maximizing productivity and ROI in appointment‑driven businesses.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building and customer‑service orientation.
