Architecture & Design QA Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position is for an Architecture & Design Quality Assurance Lead. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of AI‑generated architecture and design content across multiple projects, supporting a fast‑growing AI data services company.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated architecture, interior, urban, and built‑environment design outputs against detailed rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to trainers and contributors, highlighting issues such as impractical layouts, code‑insensitive suggestions, and visual inconsistencies.
• Monitor and improve trainer performance, spot recurring quality problems, and communicate updates to the QA team.
• Support onboarding of new contributors, maintain documentation, and reactivate inactive participants.
• Collaborate with remote expert teams to uphold project‑specific quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Planning, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines, communicating with teams, and delivering clear written feedback.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, design, interiors, urban design, construction documentation, teaching, design review, or related built‑environment workflows.
• Deep understanding of design principles, spatial organization, circulation, scale, proportion, materiality, accessibility, sustainability, building systems, and construction logic.
