About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Graduate with 2+ years of experience to join a small, passionate team in Wanaka. You will work closely with senior team members across a variety of projects, gaining exposure to all stages from design through to delivery. The role is hands‑on, encouraging you to contribute ideas and develop both technical and design capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project coordination and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support design development from concept to construction.
• Contribute to project meetings and design reviews.
• Help ensure compliance with NZ building standards where applicable.

Required profile

• Architectural graduate with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Exposure to New Zealand projects and building standards is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Passion for architecture and delivering quality design outcomes.
