Architectural Graduate – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Graduate to join Klein’s Auckland team and support the delivery of healthcare facilities from concept through construction. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience across design, documentation, coordination and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior architects and clinical planners in developing design concepts for healthcare projects.
• Prepare and update Revit models, construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
• Support site visits and construction administration activities.
• Contribute to project meetings and provide design solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in how buildings are designed and delivered, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable asking questions.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
