Application Support Analyst

About the role

The Funds Technology team at ANZ is looking for an Application Support Analyst to keep core investment platforms running smoothly. You will work with a mix of in‑house, customised‑off‑the‑shelf and SaaS applications that support KiwiSaver and ANZ Investment Funds. This permanent, full‑time role offers exposure to a complex, business‑critical technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain business‑critical applications across a multi‑platform environment.
• Investigate incidents, resolve issues and contribute to system stability and performance improvements.
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities following best practices.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to enhance system delivery.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 support roster, gaining hands‑on incident‑management experience.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and a solid technical foundation.
• Willingness to learn ANZ systems and Funds Technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing team environment.
