APAC Customer Success Team Lead – Remote (Australia/New Zealand)

About the role

EverWell, part of the EverCommerce ecosystem, is seeking an APAC Customer Success Team Lead to drive retention and growth for its 18,000 customers in Australia and New Zealand. This remote position reports to the Head of Customer Success and acts as the second‑in‑command, translating strategy into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Customer Success and Customer Performance Lead to create quarterly execution plans for the ANZ market.
• Lead delivery of customer retention and growth initiatives across the ANZ portfolio.
• Own team performance against commercial outcomes such as retention, customer growth, payments adoption, and plan tier progression.
• Monitor success metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure successful initiative rollout.
• Manage dependencies, remove blockers, and proactively escalate risks.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and continuity for the Customer Success function.

Required profile

• Commercially minded leader with a proven track record of driving results in a SaaS or service‑commerce environment.
• Experience managing high‑performing customer success teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset to interpret performance data and act on insights.
