About the role
We are looking for an Alterations Specialist who can also operate industrial sewing equipment to deliver high‑quality suit and formal dress alterations. You will join a dynamic tailoring team in Christchurch, providing excellent service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform alterations on suits, formal dresses and other garments according to customer specifications.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines to ensure efficient production.
- Ensure each finished piece meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in tailoring and garment alterations.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
