All Rounder – Hospitality & Events Support

About the role

The All Rounder role is a full‑time, on‑site position at Northridge Golf Resort in Wainui. It supports the resort’s hospitality, accommodation and events operations, ensuring guests receive a high standard of service across golf, conferences, weddings and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Set up and service conference rooms, wedding venues and other event spaces.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties, including preparing rooms and public areas.
• Provide food and beverage service during events and in accommodation areas.
• Maintain the property’s presentation standards and report any issues.
• Interact with guests, respond to their requests, and coordinate with team members to deliver smooth experiences.
• Work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings, to match the event schedule.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer‑service environments, preferably in resorts, hotels or event venues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Physical capability to lift, move furniture and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Valid right to work in New Zealand and reliable transport to Wainui.
