AI Implementation & Enablement Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI Implementation & Enablement Consultant to join Re‑Leased’s new AI‑powered platform, am:pm, and help property managers across APAC adopt AI‑driven workflows. You will work directly with the GM of am:pm, shaping delivery methodology while delivering hands‑on enablement to customers from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage end‑to‑end customer enablement, including workflow implementation, data ingestion and go‑live support.
• Conduct onsite engagements with property management teams to guide transition to AI‑powered operations.
• Troubleshoot adoption challenges and resolve issues during implementation.
• Deliver practical training and tailored content for each customer’s goals and workflows.
• Create and maintain high‑quality documentation, playbooks and enablement materials.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to Product, Customer Success and the GM.
• Partner with customer champions to establish an AI centre of excellence within their business.
• Identify gaps in the delivery model and propose ground‑level improvements.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, SaaS delivery, implementation or business transformation.
• Proven ability to run enterprise or mid‑market engagements independently and manage a room solo.
• Strong structured thinking, clear written communication and confident stakeholder presence.
• Technical grounding sufficient to demo the platform and answer product questions live.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region for onsite engagements.
