AI Content Writing Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Content Writing Specialist to train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models. Working remotely from New Zealand, you will help improve the quality of AI‑generated content by assigning writing tasks, reviewing outputs, and measuring progress.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chat‑bots and review their results.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for accuracy, style, brand voice, and overall performance.
• Track model progress, identify issues, and propose solutions to enhance output quality.
• Collaborate with the team to refine prompts and training data.

Required profile

• Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Independent contractor based in New Zealand.
