About the role
We are seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our folding team in a modern sheet‑metal fabrication facility. You will ensure smooth production on the afternoon shift while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a small machine operation team on the afternoon shift.
- Operate brake press folding and CNC machines when required.
- Coordinate work orders to meet production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Required profile
- Proven experience operating brake press folding equipment and CNC machines.
- Reliable, punctual and safety‑conscious.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Team‑player attitude.

- Laser cutting (desirable)
