Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will identify, recruit and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers and other affiliate partners to drive high‑quality traffic and clients for Global Wave Group. Working closely with the marketing team, you will plan campaigns, track performance and continuously optimise the affiliate channel for growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new KOLs, influencers and affiliate partners across relevant platforms and markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication, support and performance reviews.
• Negotiate commission rates, promotional packages and collaboration terms aligned with company targets.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials such as tracking links, banners and content guidelines.
• Monitor affiliate performance, prepare clear reports on leads, conversions and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clients and accurate commission calculations.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, testing new creatives, messages and partner types.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal, brand and platform guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development or partnership management.
• Proven experience working with KOLs, influencers or affiliate partners, including outreach, negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as clicks, leads, conversion rate, CPA and ROI.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking performance and commission payouts.
• Ability to work independently, own results and manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
• Professional English speaker; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
