Adviser Capability Lead

About the role

enable.me is seeking an Adviser Capability Lead to elevate the performance and professional development of its national adviser network. Reporting to the Head of People and Capability, you will design and deliver coaching, learning and development programmes that improve advice quality, customer outcomes and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Coach advisers to build confidence, capability and consistent performance.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve engaging learning and development initiatives.
• Analyse quality‑assurance insights, sales metrics and adviser feedback to identify capability gaps.
• Own and manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework.
• Develop tools, resources and frameworks that support advisers in daily practice.
• Partner with leaders, compliance, QA and Operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure advisers meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in coaching, quality assurance or capability development within financial services.
• Passion for helping people learn, grow and succeed through structured programmes.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical solutions.
• Solid understanding of the New Zealand financial advice environment and its regulatory framework.
