About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrator to join a leading Chartered Accountant firm in Auckland’s Central Business District on a temporary basis. The role starts immediately and offers the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the accounting team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Assist with basic data entry and preparation of routine documents.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and able to adhere to the 8:30 am – 5:00 pm schedule, Monday to Friday.
