About the role
This hands‑on Operations Support role assists five NZ Regional Managers, ensuring smooth office operations and effective coordination of meetings and priorities. Based in the Auckland Support Office, you will spend four days a week on‑site, providing essential administrative and office‑management support.
Key responsibilities
- Support five Regional Managers with operational and administrative tasks.
- Manage workflows, priorities and follow‑ups to keep leaders informed.
- Plan, coordinate and run regional meetings, handling logistics and post‑meeting actions.
- Provide day‑to‑day office management for the Auckland office.
- Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and key milestones.
- Prepare simple reports, presentations and updates for leaders.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and day‑to‑day operational processes.
Required profile
- Organised, proactive and able to spot what needs to be done.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several priorities.
- Solutions‑focused with a practical approach to problem‑solving.
- Enjoys an office‑based role supporting leaders and the wider team.
