About the role

Clear Protect Group is seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our Onehunga office on a casual basis. You will work around 10‑12 hours per week with flexible hours, supporting a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

  • Process website orders and prepare items for shipping.
  • Maintain stock control and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including handling enquiries.
  • Keep the office environment tidy and well‑organized.

Required profile

  • Reliable and practical with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a variety of tasks.
  • Enjoys a varied workload and being part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Xero (optional but advantageous).
