About the role
Clear Protect Group is seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our Onehunga office on a casual basis. You will work around 10‑12 hours per week with flexible hours, supporting a small, supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Process website orders and prepare items for shipping.
- Maintain stock control and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including handling enquiries.
- Keep the office environment tidy and well‑organized.
Required profile
- Reliable and practical with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a variety of tasks.
- Enjoys a varied workload and being part of a collaborative team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Xero (optional but advantageous).
