Administration Support Coordinator

About the role

The Administration Support Coordinator provides essential governance, membership and administrative assistance for Seed & Grain New Zealand. Working on‑site in Templeton, this part‑time position offers a four‑day week with flexibility, allowing you to support the Chief Executive and industry leaders across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes.
• Support governance activities, including meeting preparation and documentation.
• Manage membership records and communications.
• Provide day‑to‑day office support to the executive team.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder interactions.

Required profile

• Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail.
• Proactive and able to create structure in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
