Activities Operator – Guest Services & Mountain Bike

About the role

As an Activities Operator you will keep the day‑to‑day operations of the gondola, guest services, luge and mountain‑bike teams running smoothly for our visitors. The role combines chairlift operation, ticket and photo sales, bike loading, trail upkeep and direct customer instruction while maintaining a strong safety focus. This is a permanent, year‑round position.

Key responsibilities

• Operate chairlifts and ensure safe passenger transport.
• Sell tickets, photos and related merchandise.
• Load and unload mountain bikes for guests.
• Maintain and repair trail infrastructure.
• Provide clear instructions and safety briefings to customers.
• Support the gondola, luge and MTB teams in daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service in the tourism sector.
• Proficiency in downhill mountain biking.
• At least 1 year of chairlift experience.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Enjoy working in a fun, diverse team environment.
