About the role
Cartrack is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join its finance team in Takapuna, Auckland. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for handling the core functions of invoicing, payment processing, and client account management.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients.
- Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client account records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support timely collections.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader finance team.
