Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Officer

About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Officer to join our finance team in Auckland. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to own the complete accounts receivable and credit control process within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to cash application.
- Perform credit assessments and maintain credit limits for customers.
- Monitor ageing reports, follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of credit policies and collection procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control functions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
