About the role
Floorpride is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to manage day‑to‑day financial administration in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices, purchase orders and expense claims.
- Maintain ledgers and update financial databases.
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑moving setting.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
