Accounting & Finance Graduate Program 2027 – New Zealand

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking recent graduates to join its Accounting & Finance Graduate Program in New Zealand. The 2027 cohort will experience real project work, structured learning and global collaboration while contributing to regenerative infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three rotational assignments across finance, accounting and project teams.
• Support financial analysis, reporting and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
• Participate in national induction, boot camp and monthly learning sessions with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with over 200 graduates from more than ten countries and receive training from Comillas Pontifical University.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives aligned with ACCIONA’s mission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024‑2026).
• Full working rights in New Zealand (resident/citizen or appropriate visa).
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and interstate for project work.
• Flexibility and mobility to adapt to different project environments.
