Account Manager – SMB

About the role

As an Account Manager – SMB you will drive growth for Uber Eats by supporting high‑value restaurant partners in New Zealand. You will act as the voice of the customer, helping partners maximise revenue across Uber’s suite of products, from dine‑in to direct delivery and marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑deal partner management for a portfolio of top Mid‑Market restaurant partners.
• Own relationships to achieve revenue growth targets and high partner retention.
• Communicate Uber Eats value proposition and guide partners in using the full product suite.
• Design and execute joint growth initiatives, coordinating with internal Uber teams.
• Set, track and report performance metrics, advising partners on best‑in‑class operational and commercial practices.
• Contribute to the small New Zealand team culture and workplace excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or partner‑facing roles at scale.
• Strong time‑management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Effective negotiation skills to create win‑win outcomes.
• Solid data‑analysis capability to interpret and present insights.
