Account Manager – Sales (New Zealand)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Kraft Heinz’s New Zealand sales team in Newmarket. The role will partner with Foodstuffs North Island to drive growth across our portfolio, balancing short‑term execution with longer‑term strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Foodstuffs North Island to implement joint business plans and grow sales.
• Manage promotional programmes, forecasting, reporting and commercial performance across multiple categories.
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities.
• Work cross‑functionally with category, finance, revenue management, supply‑chain and marketing teams.
• Support both immediate execution and strategic planning initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development within FMCG or a related distribution environment.
• Strong ownership, quick learning and resilience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Organised, analytical and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, business or a related field is a plus.
