Account Manager – Real Estate & Digital Media

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to grow revenue across NZME’s Real Estate category, with a strong focus on OneRoof Digital. You will own a portfolio of key clients, build trusted relationships and uncover new opportunities that drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts through proactive engagement and annual strategy development.
• Deliver integrated advertising solutions across digital, print and radio, positioning OneRoof Digital at the core.
• Regularly review performance against budget, conversion and yield targets to ensure profitable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and identify inventory and yield opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, contribute to forecasting and provide clear reporting on risks, opportunities and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and new business development within a fast‑paced, audience‑focused sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand media or digital landscape.
• Commercially savvy with confidence in negotiation and designing customer‑centric solutions.
• Clear communicator, collaborative team player and committed to professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms for record‑keeping and reporting.
