Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients at Momentum Group, a New Zealand‑owned media agency in Ponsonby, Auckland. You will drive day‑to‑day account management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard while supporting the agency’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate campaigns from brief to delivery, translating client objectives into clear internal direction.
• Manage timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables, flagging risks early and proposing solutions.
• Oversee performance reporting, post‑campaign reviews and turn data into actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts and billing in partnership with Finance.
• Collaborate closely with media, performance, creative and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
