Account Manager – Customer Experience

About the role

Corpay is seeking experienced senior customer service professionals to join its Customer Experience division as Account Managers. Based in the Ellerslie office, the role focuses on maximising customer retention across Australia and New Zealand by understanding needs, delivering solutions and providing industry‑leading service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling solutions that keep customers engaged with Corpay’s fuel and payment products.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate new terms and enhance partnerships with key accounts.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships, fostering loyalty.
• Identify fresh business prospects while collaborating with sales, credit and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management or senior customer service.
• Background in the card sector, automotive, fuels, oil, energy, payments or related industries is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executives and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Solid experience with CRM software.

What we offer

• Annual salary of $65,000 (NZD) plus a monthly target incentive.
• Hybrid working model – 3 days in the Ellerslie office, 2 days remote.
• Assigned workspace, company‑issued equipment and formal hands‑on training.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, 11 am – 7 pm.
